CHRIS BORK is chef with formal training in the UK, has worked 20+ years in the restaurant industry including owner and chef of the beloved Vista Ramen (now closed). Since 2018 Chef Bork has been a full time private chef for in-home, corporate, and special events.

JOE MOONEY Is a passionate wine specialist and has worked for 20 years in the wine industry, from harvest to his now full-time focus in private cellar management. Joe currently manages dozens of private collections across 16 states.

CAITLIN FRANZ is a multi-industry veteran: former restaurant bartender, event planner and conceptual designer, copywriter, business strategy consultant, and designer. Caitlin is currently a tech data analytics principal and passionately moonlights in event planning & execution.

Join us for a special Design Week edition of UnReal Thursdays hosted every Thursday @ The Maryland House!

Participate in a label design contest for a batched cocktail with designers (and the aspiring) and hear from CARTEL design group as they describe elements of the collaborative label BUZZ’D by Brennan’s.

Complimentary food for Design Week registrants with the secret password “Rising Tides.” Drinks will be served (including the signature batched cocktail) as a cash bar with a short presentation by CARTEL at 6 pm in our Gallery area. A winner for the design contest will be named later into the evening.
